Full Journal pdf2008-04-11 House Journal Page 2856 HB 319 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2786) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 319(L&C) "An Act relating to the practice of dentistry, to dental assistants, and to dental hygienists." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 319(HES) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 319(L&C), thus adopting SCS CSHB 319(HES), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 319(L&C)?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 319(HES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
